Always Brew a Perfect Cup with Cafe Pergolesi Signature Organic House Espresso Coffee. Dark, rich, complex and smooth; this is an espresso to linger over. Served at Cafe Pergolesi with lemon peel and a cane sugar cube, equally at home as the basis for a tall Americano or romantic Cappaccino.

This is a very satisfying espresso for home espresso machines and stove-top makers. The grind is not as fine as commercial espresso machines.
Excellent crema. Very smooth finish for a dark roast. Makes a great Americano, too!
